I was watching Delia’s Christmas Special on BBC America this morning and she made what looked like very tasty Hors d’Oeuvres. She took a sheet of puff pastry and sprinkled on cheddar cheese, then folded and rolled it back out. Then she did the same with parmesan. Then she laid Parma Ham on the puff pastry, folded and ended up with a roll which she then cut and baked. She displayed a version with chopped anchovies. Her website charges for recipes and BBC America doesn’t list the recipe on their site. I’m sure I could fake it and remember it, how hard is it? I really like having a recipe when I’ve never made something before.
Epicurious has something similar and I guess I can use it for reference.
