Yesterday I had exactly 0 email in my “real” email account. I can’t count high enough to tell you how much ended up in my hotmail account. I don’t think I’ve ever had 0 in my “real” account. If I get 0 today then something is wrong…cosmically.
Yesterday I didn’t go to work because I wanted to stain some porch furniture. I knew we were going to have days and days of breezy and dry weather to help it dry. I know, what a lame excuse for not going to work, but it is the truth. While I was staining, one of the candidates for Supervisor came by to give me his spiel. He’s the guy I’m not going to vote for and I knew that when he got out of his truck.
Questions I wanted to ask but didn’t:
1) Aren’t you the guy who lived in Brandy Creek Estates back in the 70s who hid live ordinance in an empty lot? When my friends and I found it our parents freaked–were you that teenager?
2) Why doesn’t your truck have a county tag on it or a front license plate? You aren’t using your business vehicle for campaigning are you?
3) Why did some of the propaganda you gave me about your opponent look like you’d done a really piss-poor job with the PhotoShop or the white-out?
4) Why did you refer to Old Church like it is where you live when you clearly don’t live in the area? Yes, obviously, you live in the appropriate location to run for Supervisor but you don’t live in Old Church so shut up about what you know about Old Church. And, if you are that guy with the live ordinances then I know you didn’t live here as a kid.
5) Were you wearing makeup?
