Know what’s cool? Sitting at the dinner table, at 8pm, after eating a wonderful tilapia, tomato (fresh!) and rice dish with a side of asparagus and saying, “hey, let’s go get in the pool.”
We’ve only had one big tomato so far (several cherry tomatoes) but I think tomorrow or the next day we will have a few more. This weekend I’m heading out for some fresh mozzerella to go with our basil and the balsamic vinegar in the cupboard to go with those tomatoes.
We’ve had a lot more cherry tomatoes too. Our romas and beefsteaks are coming in more slowly. We’ve been taking the tomatoes and doing the mozzarella, basil and olive oil thing. I’ll have to try it with balsamic.
