Another winter storm started last night and the conditions were right enough that I worked from home today:

My department met on Wednesday to discuss our plans for the bad weather. The business never closes because of the work we do and so that means essential or not, we all are supposed to be work, work, working. My department director said it was up to each of us to discuss our plans with our supervisors. My supervisor and I decided that working from home was the right option for me.
As it turns out there were some parts of the business that had heart palpitations at the number of employees working from home today. We’ve basically been ordered to be on-site tomorrow. I guess the snow falling right now will magically disappear from the roads tonight.
