Finally!

We have daffodils blooming.

The crocus that have survived the nibbling hordes are also blooming. Spring is finally showing up around here.

The better-half tilled the garden the other day. It’s been so muddy he hasn’t been able to get out there. We also uncovered the cold frames and think some of our lettuce, spinach and cabbage have survived pretty well. I lifted up some of the hay (straw?) the other day and we have the beginnings of garlic.

I can’t wait for the asparagus this year. We can finally harvest.
