Oops, We Did It Again

We cured another pork belly. The sample piece we were forced to eat just after taking the belly off the smoker was a little saltier than the others we’ve done but still delicious.

    Mmmm, mmmm! I have to try this! That looks so good! A little lettuce and a ripe, juicy tomato with some good toast…heaven!
