She’s Home Again

As it turns out I have no need to think ill of the Honda. She just had some bad gas and was misfiring. I know all about bad gas.

I can now wrap my hate around a certain gas station on Airport Drive near interstate 295 just across the Hanover/Henrico county border…on the Henrico side. The gas station that starts with the letter V and ends with O (as in Oh How Crappy We Are).

Of course, a tank of bad gas cost $120 in repair work. At least all of the Honda’s spark plugs are sparkily clean now and I can go back to my Honda loving ways.

That must be a relief, it could have been way worse. We don’t have any gas stations here that begin with V and end in O, but if we did I would avoid them, thanks to you.

We had to take the new bug in for repairs already. Luckily, Carmax agrees to fix *anything* within 30 days of purchase. So now we will have new brakes, a charged up A/C, a new antenna, and they had to take it to the dealer to fix the cruise control problems. It’s a 1999, but by the time they are done with it, it’ll be like brand new! I think I may buy stock in the company!
